This painting of the handsome Leo was painted as a commission for a birthday gift. 

In spite of the dozens of pet portraits I have completed over the past couple years, I have never painted my own dog Wylan.  I think this is due to fear that I won't be able to capture his likeness and his spirit.  However - as you will soon find out, I plan to take the leap and attempt a couple of artworks featuring Mr. Wylan!  This me luck.
